You will receive a monthly bill for the copies you make, for the client giveaways you may use, marketing materials you have ordered and your L&I coverage.

Buying real estate is an excellent way to build wealth. But when you represent yourself you are not covered by E&O insurance. We have a system to help you purchase property, build wealth and be compliant.

We have systems for getting new clients, but we have found there are better ways for you to spend your hard earned dollars than to buy leads.

Giving back to the community is a core belief. We each have our own charitable organizations we support. We often overlap and come together as a group to support local charities. As a brokerage we work year round on charities like the backpack giveaway for Clark County’s school children, Habitat for Humanity donations and builds and Meals on Wheels every Thanksgiving.

Our annual 3 day business planning retreat is the foundation of our success. 3 days of no-phones, no-internet just envisioning your path to another successful year of real estate. We also have attended NAR annual conference with our spouses and family to build community and strengthen our Realtor brand.

Expect up to date legal information, forms and industry information and business building ideas. Included will always be support for your questions or concerns and any current issues.

We have a team mentality, but each Broker owns her business. Our model is for outstanding brokers who want to be in a supportive environment to improve their business not a team’s.

No. We only interview full time – fully vested Realtors with 3 years or 24 transactions worth of experience. Because you are such an important part of the collaboration and synergy you need to be working in real estate with a 100% commitment.

We have a licensed marketing specialist who is committed to assisting each broker with monthly touchpoints, client needs and support. Our DB and managing brokers make themselves available anytime you may need help. Our Brokers are incredibly giving – ask for help on our text message string and you may have more help than you need.

Imagine Homes offers a commission cap system that is exactly the same for every broker at Imagine Homes. Once you have hit your cap you work at 100%. Our goal is to get you to 100% in your first quarter – so that for the rest of the year, you build wealth for you and your family.
