I’ve been a REALTOR® in Clark County, WA since 2000. Completed the Accredited Buyer’s Agent training, and the At Home with Diversity training. A member of Professional Standards for the Clark County Association of Realtors. Voted 2016 Vancouver Business Journal Realtor of the Year.
I pride myself on creative problem solving and spending the time it takes for buyers and sellers to reach their goals. In my spare time, I enjoy creating and playing tennis.

Great Partner in Home Buying Process
We bought our first home this past fall and referred to Wendy through our credit union. Wendy was a great partner in the process. She helped us bid to win and negotiate for a new roof and repairs from our home inspection, which saved us at least $30k in costs. Wendy stayed calm and collected when we worked through an unexpected repair during escrow and always worked to reasonably present the options we could take and put us in the best negotiating position. Not to mention she’s just a lovely individual and gave us great advice about home hunting and house budgets throughout the process.
