Here is the selling process in a nutshell…
1 – Review your needs. Let’s sit down at your kitchen table and get to the heart of what you need from the sale of your home. All of our clients are VIP clients, whether your home is modest or a luxury listing.
2 – Establish a timeline. Do you need to sell ASAP? In 6 weeks? In 6 months? In a year or more? No problem, we have a plan for that!
3 – Determine Price. We will complete a personalized market analysis with comparable sales, market statistics, combined with our years of experience and real estate expertise to give you a pricing recommendation. We will review pricing strategies and you will always have the final say on the price of your home.
4 – House prep. With the help of our trusted service providers, we can help point out areas of improvement in your home to make sure it shines and is an easy YES for buyers.
5 – Make it stand out. All of our listings receive professional photography, and depending on the individual situation, this could include video tours, 3D tours, drone footage, and twilight photos. The very first showing of your home is usually online, and we don’t want buyers to scroll by your listing, we want to get them in the front door!
6 – We make sure your home is not only listed in the local MLS, but on all of the major portals and apps as well, for global reach. We network with local agents, hold open houses and we follow up on every showing. If a buyer isn’t interested after a showing, it is important to ask why, as it may be something we can address. We also use an easy showing request and calendar system, which puts you in control of when your home is available for showings.
7 – Walk you through the escrow process. Once we are under contract with an ecstatic buyer, your Imagine Homes Realtor will communicate through every step of the process with you, to minimize your stress and maximize your understanding.
