I started my relationship with Kay when I was new to Vancouver and looking for my first home 13 years ago. She was referred to me by a family friend in Tacoma, WA. I was traveling a lot, and she could understand what I was looking for and narrow my search for me, so we were not wasting time when I had time to view houses.
